Using the tabs to the left, view the classes and sign up using the Google Document form in the "Class Sign Up" tab. Classes must be paid for upfront via a mailed check. Make checks out to Treasurer Wanda Hilton and mail to:

Deadline for submissions is September 24th. Cancellation deadline is Oct 2nd. Walk-in's are welcome but you aren't guaranteed a space. Space is limited so sign up early.
NOTE: If you cannot attend the gathering and cancel after the cutoff, you will not be refunded and teachers will prepare a kit for you to be delivered or mailed. You must contact the teacher or event coordinators to arrange pick-up or shipping.
All students must pay a $5 a day fee that pays for the use of the Family Life Center and its services. Teachers pay a $10 per class fee that also goes to the center.
There will be no art supply vendors this year besides Ghost Creek Gourds!!! Please purchase any tools and materials you need ahead of time online.
We will be holding a raffle - all teachers are encouraged to donate and students can too! All proceeds will go into next year's Mountain Gourd Gathering.
